Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, engraved, or custom-made necklaces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges can be made for a different item or store credit of equal value.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Cash payments will be refunded in cash.
  • Store credit is available for those who prefer it over a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged necklace, please bring it to our store within 7 days for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

  • Our team will inspect the item and process your request accordingly.
