Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, engraved, or custom-made necklaces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges can be made for a different item or store credit of equal value.
- If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after approval.
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash.
- Store credit is available for those who prefer it over a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged necklace, please bring it to our store within 7 days for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
